Eventually got frustrated and called JCPRO. He showed up about 30 minutes later and within 5 minutes he was able to get the door opened. When I asked how much, he said “no charge”. I had a small list of home improvement projects that I had been putting off and finally reached out to Johnny for a quote. His quote was very reasonable and I had the tasks completed in under a week. Johnny installed two ceiling fans on my back patio, repaired and painted a wall and some trim, and replaced the caulking around the counter top in my laundry room. Our standard service calls and small to medium-sized projects are covered by a flat-rate fee. This commonly includes the installation of pre-purchased items such as ceiling fans, faucets, and TV mounts.

For tasks that fall outside the flat-rate fee, such as troubleshooting or handyman-style To-Do List items, our billing rate is $150.00 per hour, excluding the cost of any necessary materials or parts.

Larger or more complex projects, such as remodeling projects or those requiring custom work, necessitate an on-site consultation. Following the visual inspection, we will provide a detailed and comprehensive estimate.

Our transparent pricing is determined by the specific requirements of each project. Please note that our minimum service charge is $150.
